Heard Mr. Wagh, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Ms. Shinde, learned AGP for the Respondent/State. 2.
This contempt petition has been filed alleging willful disobedience of the order dated 08.07.2025 passed by this Court in Writ Petition No. 8846 of 2025 directing the Assistant Registrar, Co-operative Societies, Yeola to decide the representation dated 19.05.2024 made by the Petitioner within six weeks from the date of the order.

Ms. Shinde, learned AGP appearing for the State has pointed out that the representation submitted by the Petitioner was disposed of way back on 22.05.2025 and the said fact was communicated to the Petitioner. In support of her above argument, 24 November, 2025
46-CP-674-2025.DOC Ms. Shinde has invited our attention to Exh. 'C' communication dated 18.07.2025.

After perusal of the same, we are of the view that there is no contempt of the order passed by this Court.

The contempt petition is therefore, disposed of. If the Petitioner continues to remain aggrieved in the matter, it would be open for him to avail appropriate legal remedy, as is permissible under the law.
