The learned Advocate appearing on behalf of the original Respondent No. 4 Management, submits that an Affidavit-in-Reply will be filed within 2 weeks in the Writ Petition. 4.

List Writ Petition (Stamp) Nos. 29837 of 2025, 29839 of 2025 & 29844 of 2025 on 20th November, 2025 in the Urgent Supplementary Board, by consent of the parties. The Management would file its Affidavit-in-Reply, on or before 15th November, 2025. 5.

If the Petitioners join as Assistant Teachers, in the interregnum, it would not mean that they have given up their claim and such joining would not be prejudicial to the interest of Petitioners. 6.

In view of the above, this Contempt Petition is disposed off as withdrawn.
