**** CORAM : RAVINDRA V. GHUGE AND ASHWIN D. BHOBE, JJ.

DATE : 26th NOVEMBER, 2025 P.C. :

1.

The learned Advocate representing the Corporation and the learned AGP, submit that the Education Society did not tender the proposal and the papers in compliance with the order of this Court dated 18th July, 2025. They supplied the papers on 21st November, 2025 only after repeated requests from the Corporation. We appreciate that the

Corporation as well as the State Government, have acted swiftly and a Shalarth ID has already been allotted to the Petitioner yesterday on 25th November, 2025 within 4 days of the proposal from the Corporation. 2.

The learned Advocate for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner is keen on getting the fruits of litigation and would not insist that an order under the Contempt of Court Act be passed against any particular Officer, now that the order has been complied with and the Shalarth ID has been allotted.

3.

The learned Advocate for the Management makes a statement that the proposal for the Shalarth ID has been submitted. He further submits, on the basis of the Affidavit-in-reply dated 26th November, 2025, that the calculations as per the scale applicable to the Petitioner have been tendered to Respondent No.2. 4.

In view of the above, this Contempt Petition is disposed off. We, however, reiterate the directions set out in paragraph No. 7 of the writ order dated 18th July, 2025 that the arrears payable to the Petitioner would be deposited in her salary account within a period of 45 days from today. Needless to state, her monthly salary shall be paid

regularly without any lapse.

5.

We record that if the Petitioner's salary for the month of November payable in December, 2025 is not paid, we would hold the Chairman and Secretary of the Educational Institution and the Education Officer, responsible for aggravated contempt. (ASHWIN D. BHOBE, J.) (RAVINDRA V. GHUGE, J.)
