The Petitioner has not approached the Controlling Authority under the provisions of the Payment of Gratuity Act, 1972. He has approached some other authority. Even a notice under Form-I was not issued to the Employer. No litigation has been initiated before the Controlling Authority, for which liberty was granted by this Court vide the order dated 10th March, 2025.

The grievance is that Air India did not pay the gratuity. Air India is now out of the ambit of Article 12, on which there is no dispute. 3.
In view of the above, there is no disobedience of any direction of this Court by any authority or officer of Air India. 4.
