The learned Additional Government Pleader informs us that an affidavit of compliance dated 27.02.2026 has been filed. It is pointed out that, in all, around Rs. 71.23 crores have been disbursed to the concerned Zilla Parishads and District Civil Surgeons of the respective districts. They are required to disburse the amounts to the original Petitioners. Those Zilla Parishads that have failed to disburse the amounts shall now be subjected to disciplinary action. He further submits that, insofar as the monthly payment of salary is
concerned, the directions of this Court are being complied with, and the payments will commence very soon.
