We have perused the order dated 9th May, 2025 passed by the Writ Court in Writ Petition No.5808 of 2025, more particularly the directions set out in paragraph no.2, granting 90 days to the Respondents to decide the representation from the date of service of the order. The said order was served on the Corporation on 16th May, 2025.

Since the matter could be resolved, we requested Mr. Abhijit Kulkarni, who is on the panel of the Respondent Corporation, to render assistance to the Court. The learned Advocate Gauri Gaekwad
