**** CORAM : RAVINDRA V. GHUGE AND ASHWIN D. BHOBE, JJ.
DATE : 24th NOVEMBER, 2025 P.C. :
1.
We have heard the learned Advocate for the Petitioner. We have perused the Judgment of the Writ bench and the averments in the Contempt Petition. There does appear to be an issue as to whether the Petitioner, who is a Person with vision Disability, after succeeding in the Writ Petition by which she received an order of reinstatement, should have been reinstated at the place from where she was terminated or at a different place.

We find that the above issue may fall within the ambit of a fresh cause of action.
3.
The learned Advocate for the Petitioner submits, on instructions, that the Petitioner desires to withdraw this Petition and avail of a remedy as is permissible in law for assailing her reinstatement at Padghe in District Thane (Vashi Circle) and her subsequent transfer after three months to Solapur.
4.
In view of the statement, this Contempt Petition is disposed off as withdrawn, on instructions. If the Petitioner assails the fresh orders, all contentions are kept open and the withdrawal of this Petition would not be an impediment.
