This Contempt Petition has been filed by taking contention that the Respondents have breached the Order dated 16th December 2024 passed by a learned Single Judge in Civil Revision Application No.582 of 2024.

Mr. Dwivedi, learned Counsel appearing for the Respondents tenders an Affidavit dated 3rd February 2026 of Respondent Nos.1 and

2. He submits that the Respondents have complied with the said Order dated 16th December 2024 and gives an undertaking to the Court that further monthly payments will be made as per the said Order dated 16th December 2024. The Respondents have also tendered unconditional apology.

Accordingly, by accepting the said apology, no further action needs to be taken in the Contempt Petition.
