Mr. Tripathi, learned Counsel appearing for the Respondents, submits that more time be granted to the Respondents to remain present before this Court.

However, perusal of the record shows that a learned Single Judge [Coram: Sandeep V. Marne, J.], by Order dated 16th December 2024 passed in Civil Revision Application No.582 of 2024, has accepted the statements made on behalf of the Respondents as undertakings given to this Court and it has been further recorded that if the said undertakings are violated, liberty is granted to the present Petitioner to initiate proceedings for contempt of Court.

Admittedly, the undertakings which have been given to this Court, as recorded by the learned Single Judge in the Order dated 16th December 2024, have been violated.

In this Contempt Petition, a learned Single Judge [Coram: N.J. Jamadar, J.], by Order dated 25th June 2025 has granted time for the Respondents to remain present in this Court, but also recorded that if the Respondents failed to appear before the Court, then the Court would be constrained to take coercive steps to secure their presence. 5.

Today, although the matter is placed on board, the Respondents are not present.

Mr. Tripathi, learned Counsel for the Respondents seeks more time. However, as a last chance, stand over to 5th December 2025. To be shown 'first on board' at 11:00 a.m..

It is made clear that if the Respondent No.1-Ravindra Kumar Shrivastava and Respondent No.2-Manoj Kumar Mishra, fail to remain present in the Court on that date, the Court will be constrained to issue non bailable warrants against them.
