The applicants in Interim Application No.38425 of 2025 have filed the present contempt petition.

In view of the reasons given in Interim Application No.38425 of 2025, present contempt petition would not lie. However, liberty to the applicants to file fresh contempt petition after the outcome of their application which is pending before the Charity Commissioner if they are of the view, there is a contempt.
