On 9th December, 2025, we had passed the following order:
"1 By this Contempt Petition, the petitioner seeks initiation of contempt action against the respondent for the alleged deliberate and willful disobedience of the order dated 12th September 2025 passed by this Court in Writ Petition No.11665/2025.
On 10th October 2025, we were informed that the appeal has been heard and order has been reserved. Wakodikar 1/2
4-CP-789-2025.doc Learned A.G.P submits that the order in the appeal preferred by the petitioner will be passed on or before 16th December 2025. Statement accepted. Stand over to 18th December 2025 for recording compliance."

Today, learned A.G.P has tendered a photocopy of the order dated 14th December, 2025 passed by the Hon'ble Minister (Home), Maharashtra State. A photocopy of the said order is taken on record.
