The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that respondents have indulged in willful disobedience of an order dated 03.09.2025 passed by this Court in Writ Petition No.6479 of 2024, and an award passed by the Labour Court, inasmuch as the petitioner has not been reinstated, despite positive direction issued in his favour.

The learned counsel for respondent Nos.1 and 2, submits that Special Leave Petition Civil Diary No.71437 of 2025 has been filed yesterday before the Supreme Court, to challenge the aforesaid order. It is submitted that steps are being taken to seek listing of the said Special Leave Petition at the earliest and on that ground, a short adjournment is sought.
