Learned AGP has placed on record a copy of the communication dated 16/01/2026 addressed by the concerned department of the State Government. The order breached is dated 02/04/2025. Learned AGP submits that the State Government is proposing to challenge the order dated 02/04/2025 passed in Writ Petition No. 7922 of 2023. As on date, there is no SLP filed, therefore the Respondents are expected to comply with the order. 2.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that if the

Ingale 37-cp-809-25.odt arrears as directed are paid to the Petitioner, the Petitioner is ready to repay the said amount, if in future, the order passed by this Court which is the subject matter of present Petition is set aside. The Petitioner to file an undertaking to that effect within a period of 1 week from today.

By extending the time to pay the arrears as directed by this Court in the order dated 02/04/2025 by a period of 4 weeks from today, we direct the Respondent to pay the arrears within a period of 4 weeks from today in terms of order dated 02/04/2025. 4.

The Contempt Petition is disposed of.

Liberty to apply in case of difficulty.
