The Applicant is wife seeking transfer of divorce proceedings filed by Respondent-Husband from Family Court, Pune to Family Court, Kolhapur. 3.

It is stated in the Application that the Applicant is residing at Kolhapur having no local support in Pune. It is submitted that the Applicant is staying with her mother and two brothers.

Issue notice of final disposal to Respondent, returnable on 09.04.2026. In addition to Court's notice, private notice is permitted. 5.
