The Applicant seeks transfer of the Marriage Petition No. A/1293/2025 pending before the Family Court at Pune to the Family Court at Kolhapur. 2.

It is contended that, the Applicant-wife is permanently residing at Kolhapur at the mercy of her parents. Her father expired in the year 2024. The DV proceedings filed by the Applicant are pending before JMFC, TALLE SHUBHAM ASHOKRAO Kolhapur, in which the Respondent has appeared and filed a reply, inter alia, supporting the transfer of the petition from Family Court at Pune to Family TALLE SHUBHAM ASHOKRAO Date: 2026.04.24 19:07:04 +0530 Court at Kolhapur.

Considering the convenience of the Applicant, as well as the noobjection given by the Respondent, a case is made out for transfer. Hence, the following order:

(a) Miscellaneous Civil Application is allowed. (b) Petition No. A/1293/2025 pending before the Family Court at Pune is directed to be transferred to the Family Court at Kolhapur.

(c) The Respondent may appear through video conferencing if he so desires and if such facility is available at the concerned Court. The Applicant shall not seek unnecessary adjournments. [ M.W. CHANDWANI, J. ] Shubham
