CAREV 9 of 2025 structure fabricated by him; by order dated 11.11.2025, this Court had directed the Petitioner to dismantle the panels by 12.12.2025 and report compliance to this Court by filing an affidavit in support with photographs.

5. Considering that directions have also been issued to the Chief Officer of the Mormugao Municipal Council to confirm removal of the structure by filing a report on 12.12.2025, the Applicant, if so advised, may apply for extension of time by filing an appropriate application. VALMIKI MENEZES, J.
