1) By the present transfer application, the applicant - wife of the respondent is seeking transfer of the husband's divorce petition filed before the Family Court at Thane to the Family Court at Pune. 2) Learned counsel appearing for the respondent, on instructions of the respondent submits that the respondent has no objection if the present Misc. Civil Application is allowed.

3) Heard learned counsel for the parties.

4) Having gone through the contents of the Misc. Civil Application, I am convinced that a case is made out to allow present Misc. Civil Application.

6) The proceedings of Petition No.A-430/2025 pending before the Family Court at Thane, be transferred within a period of four weeks from today to the Family Court at Pune.

7) The respondent-husband is permitted to attend the proceeding before the Family Court at Pune, through video conferencing. However, whenever necessary, as per the directions of the learned Judge taking up the matter, the respondent will have to attend the proceedings in person.

8) Learned counsel for the applicant is hereby directed to convey the order passed today to the Family Court at Thane, and file affidavit to that effect within a period of two weeks from today. 9) Similarly, Registrar (Judicial-I) is hereby directed to communicate the order passed today to the Registrar of the concerned Courts, by E-mail.
