By the present transfer Application, the Applicant, wife of the Respondent is seeking transfer of the divorce proceeding filed by the husband before the Family Court, Kolhapur to the Family Court, Pune. 2.

Mr. Braganza, learned Counsel for the Respondent, on instructions from the Respondent submits that the Respondent has no objection, if the present transfer Application is allowed. 3.

In view of the statement made by Mr. Braganza, learned Counsel for the Respondent, the Miscellaneous Civil Application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause (A).

The proceeding, being the P. A. No. 305 of 2025 pending before the Family Court, Kolhapur be transferred to the Family Court, Pune Anand
