At the request of the learned Advocate for the Applicant-wife who states that her arguing counsel is in Delhi and therefore unable to appear in the matter today, list the matter on 11th September 2025 under the caption 'for Directions'. 4.

The learned Advocate for the Respondent submits that, the Applicant's requests have been accepted, the applications were heard and it now stands reserved for orders. Hence, the present Application is infructuous. It is further submitted that the adjournments sought are merely with a view to harass the Respondent.
