This Miscellaneous Civil Application is adjourned for a period of eight weeks.

The learned Advocate for the Respondents submits that examination of both the witnesses is complete and the matter is ripe for final hearing.

He also submits that the Court has granted permission to the Applicant for appearing through Video Conferencing and therefore her inconvenience for travel is also resolved. 4.

Mr. Kurle submits that he will proceed with the hearing of the matter in the Pune Family Court through Advocate. If the Applicant wife faces inconvenience for physical

914-ASWP-43-2025.DOC appearance during a hearing, Mr. Kurle seeks liberty to relist this Miscellaneous Civil Application. Liberty is granted. 5.

Both the Applicant as well as Advocate are permitted to seek a permission from the Pune Family Court to appear through Video Conferencing. The Family Court, Pune may decide the application, if made, on its own merits. I am informed that such permission has already been granted. 6.

The Advocate for the Applicant may make another Application to the Family Court, Pune in case any difficulty is faced by them to appear through Video Conferencing which the Family Court, Pune will decide on its own merits. 7.

All concerned to act on an authenticated copy of this order.
