The Respondent has no objection to transfer Marriage Petition No.A327 of 2024 from the Family Court, Akola to the Family Court at Bandra. 7.
In view of the consent of the Respondent, the Application stands allowed.

Marriage Petition No.A-327 of 2024 stands transferred from the Family Court at Akola to the Family Court at Bandra, for hearing and disposal in SSP 1/2

The learned Judge, Family Court, Akola shall transfer the record and proceedings in Petition No.A-327 of 2024 with such dispatch that it reaches the Family Court at Bandra, within a period of four weeks from the date of communication of this order.

Learned Judge, Family Court at Bandra, is requested to decide Marriage Petition No.A-327 of 2024 upon its transfer, as expeditiously as possible.
