Mr. Nagarkar, learned counsel appearing for the applicant submits that the respondent, husband has been served by Advocate's private notice, so also, the copy of the present Misc. Civil Application is served on learned counsel appearing for the respondent in Family Court at Pune. Mr. Nagarkar further submits that the applicant, wife of the respondent, husband wants to settle the disharmony in her marital life and stay with the respondent, husband, as there is a son born out of the said wedlock, who is three years old and will be main sufferer because of the marital discord between his parents. 3.

Both the parties as per the pleadings in the proceedings appears to be working in Banks. The applicant, wife is working as

Diksha Rane 9 MCA 752025.doc Assistant Branch Manager in Mumbai and the respondent, husband is working with HDFC Bank, at Pune. The respondent, husband has filed divorce proceedings before the Family Court at Pune. 4.

Since none appears for the respondent, husband, when the matter is called out for hearing, as a matter of last chance, to enable the respondent, husband to appear in the present proceedings, stand over to 8 December 2025.

Both the parties are directed to remain present in the Court on the next date of the hearing.
