On the request being made by both parties through their advocates, parties are permitted to make an application before the Main Mediation Centre, High Court of Bombay, to refer the dispute between the parties to the Mediation.

3.1 The Secretary, Main Mediation Centre, High Court of Bombay, would appoint trained Mediator to resolve the dispute between the parties.
