Ms. Gogri, learned counsel appearing for the respondent - Bank submits that this Misc. Civil Application has become infructuous as Misc. Civil Application has been filed in Execution Application No. 1187 of 2014. She submits that the Execution Application itself has been withdrawn by the respondent - Bank. She submits that by this Transfer Application, the applicant has sought transfer of Execution Application No.1241 of 2022 filed in Commercial Suit No. 312 of 2019 before the City Civil Court at Bombay to this Court and to be heard along with Execution Application No. 1187 of 2014.
