After the matter was argued for some time, the learned counsel for both the sides, on instructions of their respective clients, have submitted that the present application can be disposed of with certain directions.

Application accordingly stands disposed of with following directions:

(a) The respondent-wife shall co-operate with hearing of Domestic by PRIYA KAMBLI Date:

2025.09.22 11:16:23 +0530 PRIYA KAMBLI Violence Case No.50 of 2021, pending before the Judicial Magistrate, 49th Court at Vikhroli.

(b) The respondent has undertaken to step into the witness box on the next date of hearing i.e. on 28.10.2025, in order to start with

(c) Judicial Magistrate, 49th Court, Vikhroli is directed to expedite the hearing of Domestic Violence Case No.50 of 2021. (d) If the cross-examination of the respondent is not completed on 28.10.2025, the Judicial Magistrate, 49th Court, Vikhroli, shall give an earliest possible date for completing the crossexamination. (e) The hearing of Divorce Petition No. A-79/2022 is hereby expedited.
