DATE : 11 SEPTEMBER , 2025 P.C. :- 1) Mr.Tembhekar, learned Advocate appearing for the Applicant seeks interim relief in terms of prayer clause (c). He submits that this Court by its order dated 16 February, 2023 passed in Miscellaneous Civil Application No. 372 of 2022 by a detailed order, has allowed transfer of the custody petition and the petition filed for dissolution of marriage. Subsequently, the Respondent did not attend the divorce proceedings. Therefore, the same were dismissed. Thereafter two fresh petitions have been filed against the present Applicant before the Family Court at Pune. Therefore, the present
KVM 2/2 58 - MCA 81 OF 2025.doc Miscellaneous Civil Application has been filed for transfer of the proceedings from Family Court Pune to the Civil Judge Senior Division at Kalyan where the Applicant resides.
2) Mr. Jadhav, learned Advocate appearing for the Respondent seeks a short accommodation as according to him, the entire compilation of the documents attached to the Miscellaneous Civil Application has not been served upon him. At his request, stand over to 25 September, 2025.
3) Till further orders, there will be ad-interim relief in terms of prayer clause (c).
