The learned Advocate for the Respondent No.1 fairly accedes to the transfer of proceedings as prayed for by the Applicant in this Application.

The only request made by the learned Advocate is that the Interim Application filed by the wife be heard expeditiously.

In view of the aforesaid, the Miscellaneous Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) which reads as follows:

No.39/DV of 2023 before the 29th Court of Chief Metropolitan Magistrate at Bhoiwada, Dadar under section 12 of the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005 to the learned Family Court, Bandra, Mumbai and be herd, tried and decided along with M.J. Petition No. A-2966 of 2022 pending before learned Family Court, Bandra, Mumbai." 4.

The Family Court at Bandra is directed to dispose of the Interim Application preferably within a period of eight weeks from today.
