After the matters were argued for some time, both the learned Counsel fairly agree that both the MCAs could be disposed of by issuing certain directions.

(i) M.C.A.No. 62 of 2025 stands allowed in terms of prayer clause (b) which reads as under :-

"b) This Hon'ble Court be pleased to exercise it's powers and jurisdiction under section 24 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 and transfer the proceedings of P. A. No. 465 of 2024 filed by the Applicant which is pending before the Family Court No. 3, Pune, proceedings of PWDVA No. 75 of 2024 filed by the Respondent which is pending before the Judicial Magistrate First Class, Solapur to the Family Court, Solapur, to be heard and decided alongwith Proceedings for restitution of conjugal rights being Petition A. No. 146 of 2024 filed by the Respondent which is pending before the Family Court, Solapur, Petition and common trial be ordered."

(ii) M.C.A.No. 97 of 2025 stands rejected.

The Petition A. No. 146 of 2024 along with transfer Application, being P. A. No. 465 of 2024 and the D. V. proceeding, being PWDVA No. 75 of 2024 be clubbed together and heard by the learned Judge, Family Court, Solapur. The hearing of the same stands expedited and be concluded by the end of December, 2026.

Both the parties through their Counsel agree that they will co-operate for the earlier disposal of the said proceedings, and will not seek unnecessary adjournments.

The Applicant - husband (Mayur M. Pise) agrees to pay outstanding amount of son's school fees, being Rs. 35,500/- within one week from today in the Bank account of the Respondent - wife (Radhika Mayur Pise). So also the outstanding amount towards arrears of interim maintenance of Rs. 1,10,000/- would be paid. 50% of the

same would be paid within a period of three weeks from today and the balance 50% would be paid within a period of six weeks from today. The statement made by learned Counsel for the Applicant is accepted as an undertaking given to this Court.

The above payments will be made by the Applicant - husband without prejudice to the rights and contentions of both the parties and are being made only to show bona fides of the Applicant - husband. 6.

The Applications stand disposed of.
