This transfer Application has been filed by the Applicant, who is the wife of the Respondent. She is seeking transfer of RCS No. 669 of 2024 for restitution of conjugal rights filed by the Respondent - husband at 8th Jt. C.J.J.D., Pimpri, Pune to the C.J.J.D., Kolhapur. 2.

After the matter was argued for some time, learned Counsel for the Respondent, on instructions from the Respondent - husband gives consent to transfer the proceedings from the 8th Jt.C.J.J.D., Pimpri, Pune to the C.J.J.D., Kolhapur.

The Miscellaneous Civil Application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause (A).

The proceedings of RCS No. 669 of 2024 pending on the file of Anand

5. MCA 100-2025.doc the 8th Jt. C.J.J.D., Pimpri, Pune be transferred to the C.J.J.D., Kolhapur within a period of four weeks from today.

The Respondent - husband is permitted to attend the proceedings of RCS No. 669 of 2024 after transfer to the C.J.J.D., Kolhapur through VC mode and whenever the learned C.J.J.D., Kolhapur is of the view that the Respondent - husband should appear in person before him, the Respondent - husband will have to attend the proceedings in person.

The hearing of the proceedings, being RCS No. 669 of 2024 transferred to the C.J.J.D., Kolhapur is hereby expedited. (RAJESH S. PATIL, J.) Anand
