Mr. Pawar, learned counsel appearing for the applicant - husband submits that pursuant to an Order passed in the month of January 2023 by the Judicial Magistrate First Class, Kopargaon, Ahmednagar, as of today outstanding is Rs.2,70,000/-. He requests to grant short accommodation so as to take instructions from his client who is Professor by profession, about clearing of the outstanding amount without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the applicant - husband.
