By consent, the dispute between the parties is hereby referred to the Secretary, DLSA, Pune. The Secretary, DLSA, Pune, is requested to appoint a Judge - Mediator to explore the possibility of amicable settlement between the parties.

The parties shall appear before the Secretary, DLSA, Pune, on 03.10.2025.

The Judge - Mediator, to be appointed by the DLSA, is requested to explore the possibility of an amicable settlement and submit a report within a period of four weeks thereof.
