After the matter was argued for some time, both the learned advocates fairly on instructions from their clients submits to allow the present Miscellaneous Civil Application with certain directions.

The present Miscellaneous Civil Application stands allowed on following directions :- (a) M. P. Application No. 400 of 2022 pending with the Civil Judge Senior Division, Vasai is transferred to the Family Court at Jalgaon. To be heard alongwith Petition E No. 88 of 2022.
2/3 (b) So also, D.V. Proceedings filed by the applicant-wife PWDVA No. 214 of 2022 pending before the Judicial Magistrate First Class, Jalgaon is transferred to the Family Court at Jalgaon alongwith Petition E No. 88 of 2022.
(c) All three matters i.e. Petition E No. 88 of 2022, PWDVA No. 214 of 2022 and M. P. Application No. 400 of 2022 should be clubbed together and be heard on merits. Hearing of the same is expedited. (d) The respondent husband since is staying at Virar, near to Mumbai and is working at Borivali, Mumbai, he is permitted to attend the Court proceedings at Jalgaon through Video Conferencing and whenever necessary as per the directions of the Family Court at Jalgaon, he would attend physically before the Court.
(e) It is made clear that order dated 25 June, 2025 passed in Criminal Writ Petition No. 845 of 2025 filed in the High Court Bench at Aurangabad, the order, thereby stayed the hearing of the proceedings.
3/3 Both the learned advocates on instructions of their clients, desire that the hearing of the proceedings Petition E No. 88 of 2022 should commence. By consent of both the parties, the hearing of the proceedings Petition E No. 88 of 2022, to commence. No cross orders passed in proceedings Petition E No. 88 of 2022 under Section 125 of the Criminal Procedure Code by consent stands set aside and the matter be heard on merits.
(f) Both the learned advocates agree that since there is a little disagreement between the parties, an attempt can be made to resolve the same by referring the matter to the mediation and the parties be permitted to refer their disputes to a trained mediator. Liberty as prayed, granted.
