Mr. Sabnis, learned Counsel for the Applicant submits that before the City Civil Court, Bombay, an amendment Application had been moved and the same has been allowed on 16.01.2026. Accordingly, amendment has been carried out. He has tendered a photocopy of the roznama dated 16.01.2026. The photocopy of the roznama dated 16.01.2026 is taken on record.

The statement made by Mr. Sabnis, learned Counsel for the Applicant is accepted.

By an order dated 09.01.2026, submissions of the parties were recorded. The Suit No. 1531 of 2018 was transferred from the High Anand

61. MCA 125-2025.doc Court, Bombay to the City Civil Court, Bombay and numbered as Suit No. 103394 of 2024. In the plaint in para 27 mentions that the suit is valued at Rs. 30 crores and the maximum Court fees of Rs. 3,00,000/- has been paid by the Plaintiff.

There is no dispute on this fact that the suit is valued at Rs. 30,00,00,000/- (Rupees Thirty Crores Only). 5.

In view of the same, I am satisfied that Suit No. 1531 of 2018 (numbered as Suit No. 103394 of 2024 by the City Civil Court, Bombay) was wrongly transferred to the City Civil Court, Bombay. 6.

Accordingly, the Suit No. 103394 of 2024 pending before the City Civil Court, Bombay be re-transferred to the High Court, Bombay within a period of four weeks from today.

The Registrar (Judicial-I) is hereby directed to communicate the order passed today to the Registrar, City Civil Court, Bombay by Email. 8.

For hearing on rest of the prayers in the MCA, matter to come up on board on 11.02.2026.
