Mr. Sabnis, appearing for the Applicant submits that the Plaintiff and Defendant in Suit No.103394 of 2024, have died therefore Interim Application bearing No.6905 of 2023 has been filed to bring on record the legal heirs of the deceased parties. He submits that a copy of the said Interim Application would be served on the Advocate appearing for the Respondent in the present proceedings, today in the course of the day. 2.

He further submits that the said Interim Application No.6905 of 2023 could be moved by the Applicant in Court Room 63 of the City Civil Court at Bombay within couple of days seeking urgent relief as the said Application within time.
