The Advocate for the Applicant has not furnished copies to the Registry neither has filed Affidavit of Service. In such a situation, the Advocate for the Applicant volunteers to pay a cost of Rs.2,500/- with the Kirtikar Law Library, High Court, Bombay. 4.

The Advocate for the Applicant is permitted to pay a cost of Rs.2,500/- to the Kirtikar Law Library within a period of one week from today.
