Therefore the matter was kept back in the afternoon session. When the matter was called out, the learned advocate appeared in morning session has not logged in and has sent a text message in the chat box of this Court, to adjourn the matter as he has to attend the court proceeding at Kalyan. The request made by the advocate for the applicant by a text message in the chat box is hereby not accepted.

1.1) Even on earlier occasion, a cost of Rs.2,500/- was imposed on the applicant for not taking steps to serve the respondent. 2) The conduct of the advocate for the applicant shows that
