She submits that transfer of the divorce proceedings filed by the husband at Civil Judge Senior Division, Kalyan is sought to be made to Civil Judge Senior Division, Ratnagiri. 2) Since none appears for the respondent when the matter is called out, as a matter of last chance, stand over to 25 September, 2025.

3) Ad-interim relief granted earlier, if any, to continue till further orders.
