As there is element of settlement, by consent of both parties, learned senior advocate Mr. Ram Apte is appointed as a Mediator in order to amicably resolve the marital discord between the parties. 2.

Parties have agreed to share equally the mediation fees. 3.

Matter to come up on board after the mediation report is submitted to this Court.

In the meanwhile, both the parties will not take any further steps to proceed further in the Domestic Violence proceedings and the divorce proceedings.
