DATE : 15 SEPTEMBER , 2025 P.C. :- 1) Ms. Chavan, learned Advocate submits that she has instructions to appear for the Applicant (husband) in MCA/216/2025 and for the Respondent (husband) in MCA/146/2025. She requires three weeks time to file Vakalatnama and file reply.

It is stated that the distance between both cities is 510 km which takes around 10 to 12 hours to travel. 3) Stand over to 22 September, 2025.

4) By an order dated 28 March, 2025, ad-interim relief in terms of prayer clause (c) was allowed in MCA/146/2025. The said order continues.

5) It is made clear that as far as MCA/216/2025 is concerned, which is filed by the husband, no reliefs have been granted.
