After the matter was argued for quite sometime, both the counsels seek time to file affidavit with regard to the health condition of their respective client.

It is the case of the husband that he has been attending the counseling session at Parbhani Family Court, and at least for last 8 dates the wife did not turn up to the said sessions, though she is staying in Parbhani.

3.

Stand over to 6th October 2025, in the meanwhile, there will no coercive steps in any of the proceedings filed by the parties against each other.
