By the present transfer Application, the Applicant is seeking transfer of the MACP No. 895 of 2024 from the MACT, Thane to the MACT, Pune.

Learned Counsel for the Respondents, on instructions of his clients submits that he has no objection, if the present MCA is allowed. 3.

In view of the statement made by learned Counsel for the Respondents, the Miscellaneous Civil Application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause (a).

The proceeding, being MACP No. 895 of 2024 pending before the MACT, Thane be transferred to the MACT, Pune within a period of four weeks from today.
