Mr. Kharat, learned Counsel for the Respondent submits that the Respondent is present in Court and he undertakes to this Court that he will pay the entire arrears of amount of Rs. 1,60,000/- within a period of one month from today. A sum of Rs. 50,000/- would be paid within one week from today directly in the Bank account of the Applicant - wife and the balance amount of Rs. 1,10,000/- would be paid within a period of one month from today. And further the maintenance amount will be paid per month regularly.

The statement made by Mr. Kharat, on instructions from the Respondent who is present in Court is accepted as an undertaking given to this Court.
