Both the counsel Jointly submits that by order dated 23rd June 2025 the suits pending before this Court were retained before this Court, because the third suit was within the Pecuniary Jurisdiction of this Court. However the present Miscellaneous Civil Application was not disposed of.

Both the counsel agree that, both the suits have been retained before this Court to be heard along with the third suit being Commercial Suit No.3 of 2000.

In view of the same, the Miscellaneous Civil Application stands disposed of.
