DATE : 4 FEBRUARY, 2026 P.C. :- 1) Ms.Thakkar, learned advocate appearing for the applicant submits that the present Miscellaneous Civil Application was disposed of by an order dated 16 January, 2026. The matter is kept today only to see whether the parties can amicably settle their dispute. She submits that the offer which is given by the present applicant to the respondent is not acceptable to him. Therefore the settlement has not been arrived at.

2) Since the Miscellaneous Civil Application has already been disposed of, remove from board.
