This is a transfer Application filed by the Applicant, who is the wife of the Respondent seeking transfer of the divorce proceedings filed by the husband at Panvel to the Family Court, Bandra, Mumbai, where the divorce Petition filed by the Applicant is pending. 2.

After this matter was argued for some time, both the learned Counsel, on instructions of their clients by consent have agreed to allow the Application.

The Miscellaneous Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a).

Learned District & Sessions Judge, Panvel is hereby directed to Anand

MCA 163-2025.doc transfer the Special Marriage Petition No. 31 of 2024 to the Family Court, Bandra, Mumbai within a period of four weeks from today and the same be clubbed together and heard along with Petition No. MJ A 2585 of 2024. Both the proceedings be tagged and heard together expeditiously. Both the parties through their Counsel undertake to co-opeate with the hearing of the proceedings and they will not seek unnecessary adjournments. Both the parties are permitted to attend the hearing through VC mode and whenever the learned Judge is of the opinion that they should personally remain present in Court on the date of the hearing, they will have to remain present in Court physically.

The Miscellaneous Civil Application stands disposed of. 6.

Both the parties are permitted to refer their dispute to the appointed mediator.
