DATE : 1 OCTOBER, 2025 P.C. :- 1) This transfer proceeding has been filed by the applicantwife of the respondent, seeking transfer of the marriage petition filed by the husband before the Civil Judge Senior Division, Karad to the Family Court at Pune.
2) None appeared for the respondent when the matter is called out.
3) An affidavit of service dated 2 May, 2025 is on record which indicates that the respondent has been served. 4) On 9 May, 2025 an advocate had appeared on behalf of the respondent. On the last date, i.e. on 15 September, 2025, none

5) In the present proceedings, the applicant-wife is seeking transfer of the proceeding filed before Civil Court, Senior Division, Karad to Pune Family Court.
6) Earlier the parties had entered into the consent terms for mutual consent divorce. But it is the case of the applicant that the husband thereafter backed up.
7) It is the case of the applicant that the distance between the Karad and Pune is around 170 km.
8) In order to give one more chance to the respondent to appear in the proceeding, stand over to 10 November, 2025. [RAJESH S. PATIL, J.]
