Record shows that the notices were issued to Respondent and interim stay was granted to the proceedings in the Family Court at Pune which is filed by Respondent-Husband for divorce.

Record further indicates that on 08.12.2025, advocate appeared for the Applicant before Circuit Bench at Kolhapur when the service report was awaited. On 23.12.2025 also, advocate for the Applicant appeared before Circuit Bench at Kolhapur when service report was awaited. 4.
However, on 19.01.2026, 06.02.2026 and today, nobody appeared for the Applicant.

Learned Counsel for the Respondent-Husband makes a grievance that the Applicant is neither proceeding with the matter nor he can proceed with TALLE SHUBHAM ASHOKRAO his Divorce Petition at Pune because interim stay is granted by this Court.
