4) In the present transfer application, the applicant, who is the wife of the respondent, is seeking transfer of the divorce proceeding filed by her before the Family Court, Pune to be transferred to the Family Court at Bandra, Mumbai. The ground on which the transfer is sought is that the applicant who was earlier residing in Pune, has now shifted to Mumbai and is working in a company as an accountant. Hence, learned advocate appearing for the applicant seeks ad-interim relief in terms of prayer clause (c).
KVM 2/2 52 - MCA 175 OF 2025.doc 5) In the meantime, there will be ad-interim relief in terms of prayer clause (c) till the next date of the hearing. 6) Learned counsel for the applicant is hereby directed to convey the order passed today to the concerned Court who is hearing the matrimonial proceedings and file affidavit to that effect within a period of two weeks from today.
7) Similarly, Registrar (Judicial-I) is hereby directed to communicate the order passed today to the Registrar of the Family Court, Pune by E-mail.
