After this matter was argued for some time, both the learned Counsel, on instructions of their clients have agreed to dispose of this transfer proceedings.

The Miscellaneous Civil Application stands disposed of with the following directions.
O R D E R (i) HMP No. A-636 of 2024 pending before the learned 4th Jt. CJSD, Kalyan be transferred to the Family Court, Pune; (ii) The D. V. proceedings, being PWDVA/661/2024 pending before the learned 15th Jt. CJJD & JMFC, Pune be transferred to the Family Court, Pune;
(iii) Both the proceedings be heard by one and the same Judge; (iv) The learned CJSD, Kalyan to transfer the proceedings, being HMP No. A-636 of 2024 to the Family Court, Pune within a period of four weeks from today;
(v) The learned 15th Jt. CJJD & JMFC, Pune to transfer the proceedings, being PWDVA/661/2024 to the Family Court, Pune within a period of four weeks from today;
(vi) Both the parties through their learned Counsel have given an undertaking to this Court that they will co-operate with the hearing of these proceedings and will not take unnecessary adjournments; (vii) Learned Counsel for the Applicant - wife undertakes on behalf of his client that the Written Statement in HMP No. A-636 of 2024 will be filed by 18.11.2025;
(viii) The Respondent - husband without prejudice to the rights and contentions of both the parties will deposit a sum of Rs. 50,000/- per month on or before 15th day of each month starting from 15.11.2025 till disposal of the D. V. proceedings, being PWDVA/661/2024 in Bank account of wife, till any order is passed in Interim Application for maintenance is filed by the Applicant - wife. This amount will include school fees which was already paid by the Respondent - husband;
(ix) The Applicant - wife has agreed and is giving an undertaking to this Court that son - "Soumitra" will be meeting the Respondent - husband along with his grand parents (father and mother of the Respondent - husband) every fortnight on Saturday or Sunday between 11.00 a. m. and 6.00 p. m..;
(x) The said fortnight period would start from 18.10.2025. This arrangement will continue till the hearing and final disposal of the divorce Petition. Since School of son is closing for Diwali Vacation. Hence, 1st fortnight starting from 18.10.2025 will be followed by one more additional day i.e. 19.10.2025 or 20.10.2025; (xi) The said meeting will take place in the Mall/Garden/Cinema Hall or Amusement Park;
(xii) If some additional changes are required insofar as access of son in Diwali Vacation is concerned, both the parties are at liberty to move an Application before the Family Court, Pune. (RAJESH S. PATIL, J.)
