Both the applications seek transfer of proceedings under the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005 bearing No.CC/83/DV/2022 from the Court of Metropolitan Magistrate, 9th Court at Bandra, to the Family Court at Bandra, Mumbai for hearing and disposal in accordance with law along with Petition bearing Nos.A 1588 of 2022, A 1589 of 2022, E 154 of 2022, D 69 of SSP (corrected order as per Speaking to Minutes of Order dated 7 May 2025). 1/2

With the consent of the learned Counsel for the parties, MCA No.70 of 2025 stands allowed.

Application No.CC/83/DV/2022 stands transferred from the Court of the learned Metropolitan Magistrate, 9th Court, Bandra to the Family Court at Bandra, for hearing and disposal in accordance with law. 6.
The learned Metropolitan Magistrate, 9th Court, Bandra, shall transfer the record and proceedings in Application No.CC/83/DV/2022 with such dispatch that it reaches the Family Court at Bandra, within a period of four weeks from the date of communication of this order. 7.
In view of the disposal of MCA No.70 of 2025, MCA No.178 of 2025 also stands disposed.
